We do not accept returned product for safety and hygiene reasons, but if there is something wrong with your order, or if it gets lost in transit and does not arrive to you, reach out to us by email (send email to barbara_20815@hotmail.com) or by phone (301-222-7937) and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or a refund. For product that arrives damaged, you will be asked to send a picture of the damage for the refund policy. Refunds requested 60 days after purchase will not qualify for the refund policy.
